A response to a genuine need
IISI was created following a 2018 survey of Christian healthcare facilities in Senegal. Across ten facilities, 327 professionals were needed but only 55 were available, leaving a shortage of 272. Establishing a healthcare training institution was one of the survey’s key recommendations.

Classrooms, a library, a digital learning area, a practical training room and administrative offices in Thiès.
Our ambition
Transform learners’ lives, strengthen teaching equipment, develop simulation and digital learning, pursue accreditation and establish dedicated facilities.
